🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account using your email + OTP and click on ‘Request Return’ from your order history.

Instead of traditional exchanges, we offer a faster process: place a new order for the desired item and return the previous one for a refund.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover re-packing, re-ironing, and reverse logistics.

Returned items must be unused, with all tags intact and in original condition.

💸 Refund Timelines:

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection, which takes up to 72 working hours.

After approval:

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• COD orders are refunded as store credit (lifetime validity), added to your account within 72 working hours and notified via email.

Note: If your location doesn’t support reverse pickup, you’ll be notified to self-ship the return using India Post (Speed Post only).

Unauthorized returns or parcels sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
