To track your order, sign in and go to your orders page. Here’s what the statuses mean:
Unfulfilled: We're still preparing your order. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
Partially Fulfilled: Some items in your order have been shipped. You’ll see tracking links next to those items.
Fulfilled: Your entire order has been shipped. Click on the Order ID or use the Track Shipment option from the menu to view your tracking details.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all items.
Note: Availability of Card on Delivery depends on your location and the delivery partner. We recommend keeping cash handy just in case.
If your amount was debited but you didn’t receive an order confirmation email or SMS, the transaction may have failed. You should receive a refund within 72 hours.
If not, please reach out to us—we’re here to help. Once the refund is processed, you can place the order again.
