To create a return:

Login to Your Account:
Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return. Click "Request Return".
Return Pickup or Self-Ship:
If reverse pickup is available for your area, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2-3 working days. If not, you’ll receive instructions for self-shipping.
Item Inspection:
Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will be inspected. You will be notified within 72 working hours of approval or rejection.
Refund Initiation:
Upon approval, your refund will be processed as per the chosen payment mode.

Store credits are issued within 72 working hours and will reflect in your account dashboard.
Bank or card refunds can take 5–10 working days, depending on your provider.

Please do not hand over items to the pickup executive without an official pickup slip or SMS confirmation.
