RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


At HeSpoke Originals, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we've made the process transparent and straightforward.


RETURN & REFUND GUIDELINES

1. Timeline for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • All return requests must be placed through your Order History Dashboard by logging into your account on our website.

2. No Exchanges – Fresh Order Process for Your Convenience:

  • To make things simpler and faster for you, we don't offer traditional exchanges.

  • Instead, place a fresh order for the item or size you want.

  • This gives you full visibility and tracking just like a regular order.

  • Meanwhile, you can raise a return and refund request for the earlier item as explained below.

3. Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded as store credits only.

    • These are not gift cards or coupon codes.

    • Your store credits will be automatically added to your account.

    • You can view them anytime in your order dashboard after login.

    • You’ll also receive an email notification confirming the same.

    • Store credits come with lifetime validity, so you can use them whenever you wish.

4. Return Charges:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from every refund.

  • This covers re-ironing, repacking, and partial return shipping expenses since we charge no forward shipping fee.

5. Self-Shipping Clause:

  • In some areas, our courier partners only support delivery but not reverse pickup due to operational constraints.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, we will notify you via email.

  • You will be required to self-ship the items using India Post (Speed Post only).

6. Item Condition for Approval:
Returns will be approved only if:

  • Items are unused and unwashed

  • Original tags, packaging, and security loops are intact

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Tags are missing, tampered, or cut

  • There are any signs of wear, usage, or damage

Rejected returns can be shipped back to you, but will require an additional ₹100 shipping fee.


RETURN PROCESS

  1. Login to Your Account:
    Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return. Click "Request Return".

  2. Return Pickup or Self-Ship:
    If reverse pickup is available for your area, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2-3 working days. If not, you’ll receive instructions for self-shipping.

  3. Item Inspection:
    Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will be inspected. You will be notified within 72 working hours of approval or rejection.

  4. Refund Initiation:
    Upon approval, your refund will be processed as per the chosen payment mode.

  • Store credits are issued immediately and will reflect in your account dashboard.

  • Bank or card refunds can take 5–10 working days, depending on your provider.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Please do not hand over items to the pickup executive without an official pickup slip or SMS confirmation.

  • Ensure your return shipment (especially in self-ship cases) has your Order ID and registered mobile number clearly mentioned.

  • All return requests must be created via your customer dashboard only. We do not accept return shipments or items without an approved return request. Also, email or messages doesn't count as return request. Only return requested via portal is counted as return request.

  • Returns from promotional events like BOGO or items discounted above 70% are not eligible for returns.
