🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Exchange and return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To raise a request, sign in to hespoke.in, open the Returns & Exchange Portal, select your item and choose ‘Request Exchange’ or ‘Request Return’.

• Exchanges are free: one exchange per item, for a different size, colour or style of equal or higher value, subject to stock.
• Returns: a flat ₹150 reverse-pickup fee is deducted from the refund.
• No fee applies to damaged, defective or incorrect items. Report these within 48 hours of delivery at help@hespoke.in.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

BOGO items, items discounted above 70%, and items marked Final Sale are not returnable.

💸 Refund Timelines:

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection, which takes up to 72 working hours.

After approval:

• Prepaid orders: refund initiated to the original payment method within 3 working days, and credited within a further 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
• COD orders: refunded as store credit (valid for 1 year), issued within 3 working days of approval.

Note: If your pin code doesn’t support reverse pickup, you’ll be notified to self-ship the return using India Post (Speed Post only).

Parcels sent without an approved request will not be accepted or processed.
