Generally, the items are dispatched from our unit within 24-72 working hours.
Your package should reach you within 4-12 days of placing an order based on the pin code. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

No matter what the issue, we are committed to making sure your HeSpoke Originals Outfit puts a smile on your face.

  • You can return your items within 14 days of the delivery of your shipment. Visit Exchange & Returns Center to place and track your request.
  • Refunds would be without shipping charges.
  • Exchanges are done at no extra cost.

 

CANCELLATION

You can cancel or edit your order anytime within 2 hours from the time you place an order. You can do this by logging into your account and under the order history tab, click on edit or cancel to proceed.

→ How can I Exchange/Return an item?

Step 1) Return Approval

Create your return/exchange request at our Exchange & Returns Center. You  can add your refund account details or choose the item to which you want to get it exchanged. Once the return/exchange request is approved, you'll receive a notification within 24 hrs.

Step 2) Return Pickup

Keep the items ready in original condition. The return items will be picked by our courier partner from your place within 24-72 hours.  

Step 3) Exchange Order is Created

Based on your selection, an exchange order would be created and processed. You'll receive regular tracking updates via Email & SMS.

Step 4) Return Shipment

Return Shipment would take 4-8 working days to get delivered at our unit. You'll receive updates of return pick-up and delivered status via Email.

Step 5) Item Inspection

After the returned item is received and inspected, you'll be notified about the approval within 24 working hours.

Step 6) Initiating Refund

Refund to original payment method or your account details: Refund will be initiated within 24-72 hours after approval. It would reflect in your account within 10 - 14 working days.

 

 What items can be returned?

a) All items within 14 days from the date of an order delivered

b) In unwashed and unused condition

c) In the original packaging with all the tags intact

 

→ Return Items are not picked?

If your return/exchange request is already approved. Our courier partner will pick the items from your place within 24-72 working hours.

Even after 72 working hours if no one comes for the pick-up or you're not able to handover the itemscontact us from the chat icon on the left corner to report the issue. We'll regenerate the pick-up.


 I need the items urgently, is there any express shipping option?

No, there's no express shipping option. We're working with the best courier partners for a speedy & safe delivery. The delivery timeline shown on the product page is the best possible time.

 

→ Is the delivery time flexible?

We understand that you might not always be available at the scheduled time for delivery generated by us. 

In case you miss it, we make two more attempts at the slot selected by you on two consecutive business days. All the communications regarding the same would be done via SMS/Email.

  

 What's the status of my order?

To check your order status,
Log in with your email and click "My Orders" from the menu bar. You'll see the fulfillment status for each order. Click on "Order ID" if you want to see the order details.
If the fulfillment status on the table is unfulfilled, then we're still preparing your order for dispatch. It generally, takes 24-72 working hours to dispatch your order.

If the fulfillment status is partial, then we've partially dispatched a few items of your order. Items that are dispatched will have a tracking number & link against it. The remaining items without any tracking number are still being prepared for dispatch.

If the fulfillment status is fulfilled, then we've already shipped your items. You can track your shipment by clicking on the "Order ID" or click on Track Shipment from the menu bar.

 

 How can I cancel or edit my order?

You can cancel or edit your order within 2 hours of order placed. To do so, log in to your account, under orders tab you'll find cancel or edit button. Just click on that to proceed.

  

→ Cash on delivery or Payment on delivery is available?

Cash on delivery is available for all items.

Availability of Card Payment on delivery is subject to the local conditions. It may or may not be available at the time of delivery. We suggest keeping the cash ready in-hand.


 Amount has been debited but, I haven't received order confirmation message.

If the amount is debited from your account but, you haven't received an order confirmation from us then the transaction has failed. You should get a refund within 72 hours. Place an order again.

 

Even after 72 hours if you don't receive a refund, then raise a ticket by contacting us. We're here to help you :)

 

→ I need a copy of my invoice for my order. How do I go about with it?

We send the digital invoice via mail immediately after the order is successfully placed. If you need a copy of the invoice, we'll resend it to your email id.
